was born in Hanau and began training in pantomime, juggling and clowning before discovering contemporary dance. Beginning as a hobby, he followed his passion at the age of 27 with his first full-time training in contemporary dance at Moving Arts, Cologne. He then trained in physical theater at the Ecole Philippe Gauliere, London (2001\/2) and entered the third year of the Scottish School of Contemporary Dance in Dundee (SSCD) (2003\/4). <\/p>\n
He has performed at the Resolution Festival, London, with Kirstie Simson at Chisenhale Dance Space, London, Sussex Theater, attic dance, Plymouth.<\/p>\n
Back in Germany, he worked for many years for the dance theater company \u201ckunas modernus\u201d in Braunschweig (2005-8), at the \u201cTanzBremen-Festival\u201d (2001-15) for many years with outdoor dance pieces. At the \u201cviertelfest\u201d and \u201cla strada\u201d, Bremen, \u201cactiontheater festival\u201d \/NOW in Berlin (2014-19), in Hildesheim, Warsaw, Poznan Festival, Tel Aviv, at the \u201cEurosalem Festival\u201d, Jerusalem, a German-Spanish cooperation \u201cSala d espera\u201d with Trinidad Martinez\/ Ingo Reulecke with performances at the Altonale and in Spain, at the \u201cSpotlight Festival\u201d Bremen 2015, choreographing for the city of Delmenhorst, at school dance projects\/ tanzwerk Bremen\/Verden (2001-now). <\/p>\n
He became a yoga and Pilates teacher, trained in action theater, in-touch massage therapist and clinic clown (TuT Hannover). In 2019 he joined \u201cStelzenArt Bremen\u201d with stilt performances. <\/p>\n
In his classes he combines applied anatomy (movement evolution, BMC, Axis Syllabus, Kampfaffe) with contact improvisation\/partnering.<\/p>\n
In addition to teaching and performing, he organizes the Bremen Jam Festival, the nordtanz Festival and Potsdam Jam (fabrik potsdam). He has been part of the \u201clafdk Bremen\u201d and the \u201cTanzinitiative Bremen\u201d from the very beginning and strives to support the situation for freelance contemporary dancers in Bremen. <\/p>\n
He is a founding member of Prod\u00c1rt and has appeared in plays such as \u201cGreisDrei\u201d and \u201cHandysucht\u201d.<\/p>\n
